1.Heat Exchange Coil

The Heat Exchange Coil is made of high-quality steel tubes.

There are red copper tubes, SS304,SS316L hot-dip galvanized steel pipes and carbon steel pipes available for selection
2.Fan

Fan adopts the dedicated motor of the international brand Siemens WEG
3.Spraying Pump

Spraying Pump uses special outdoor motors of brands such as Siemens WEG
4.PVC Fills

PVC Fills have the advantages of low wind resistance coefficient, anti-aging and not easy to deform

Working Principle

For ZHX series combined flow type evaporative condenser, the coil will soaked fully by spraying water when process fluid flows inside, meanwhile, the heat of working fluid will be transferred by wall of coil tube, and become saturated wet-hot vapor after mixed with water and air, then it will be discharged into atmosphere by fan, but water will be collected into water basin 

by drift eliminator for recycled spraying, low water consumption. The spraying water temperature will be reduced by PVC infill

during the recycling, and it flows in same direction to fresh air, to cool coil mainly by sensible heat conduction way.
