02 Working principle

For BNX Closed circuit Counter flow Cooling tower, the fresh air intakes from bottom air inlet and mixes alternate with the falling spray water in reverse direction, and will be formed saturated hot air. The heat will be exhausted out by top fans, but the water will be collected to water collection basin for secondary spraying by its special designed drift eliminator. As no infill inside, BNX Closed circuit Counter flow Cooling tower has much space to enlarge its discharge area per unit heat of the coil, more compact structure and requires less footprint.

 

03 Advantage:

1. No infill designed, more compact structure, lower profile, less installation area required, and easy for transport and installation.
2. Suitable to severe environment such as heavy dust as its good airtightness.
3. As no PVC fill designed, suitable to high temperature cooling medium.
4. The flow of the spray water is quickly, is not easy to freeze, and has strong anti-freezing ability.
