Production Process
The production process of evaporative cooling:
1. Prepare the necessary raw materials and accessories, such as steel, fiberglass, screws, as well as circulating water pumps, motors, etc., to ensure that the specifications and quality of all materials meet the requirements
2. Our factory cuts the sheet metal according to the design drawings using our laser cutting machine, automatic pressing machine, etc
3. After installation, conduct debugging to check the tower structure, packing distribution, sprinkler system, motor, etc., to ensure that all functions operate normally.
4. Conduct acceptance inspection and testing of the appearance, structure, and performance of the finished product.
