Combined Flow Evaporative Condenser

Compared with the traditional condenser,'HACST'evaporative condenser has the following advantages:
1,Energy Saving
Compared with air cooled condenser, the condensing temperature of evaporative condenser is much lower. Every 1ºC the condensing temperature increased, the power consumption for refrigerating capacity per unit will be increased by 3%~3.5%. So'HAC'evaporative condenser has better energy conservation effect.
2,Water Conservation
'HACST'evaporative condenser makes full use of the latent heat from water vaporization, which could reduce the water loss of spraying water effectively. Its very important for the region where lack of water.
3,Compact structure, investment cost low
'HAC'evaporative condenser has compact structure, small size and less footprint, because its structure equal to one unit that combined condensing coil and cooling tower, no need to equip a cooling tower for it any more.Meanwhile, it effectively reduce the coil heat exchange area, fan quantity and motor power consumption by making full use of evaporative cooling.
4,Environmental-friendly

Many chemical plants use tube and shell type or atmospheric type condenser in the past, and vent depressurization is a way often used in the summer due to its condensing pressure too high, but not all non-condensable gas exhausted, which contains a large amount of ammonia, even high to 90% sometimes according to sampling analysis from relevant departments not only ammonia loss much, but also environmental pollution seriously. But it won't happen for HACST evaporative condenser.

 
Working Principles

For ZHX combined flow evaporative condenser, the coil will soaked fully by spraying water when process fluid flows inside, meanwhile, the heat of working fluid will be transferred by wall of coil tube, and become saturated wet-hot vapor after mixed with water and air, then it will be discharged into atmosphere by fan, but water will be collected into water basin by drift eliminator for recycled spraying, low water consumption. The spraying water temperature will be reduced by PVC infill during the recycling, and it flows in same direction to fresh air, to cool coil mainly by sensible heat conduction way.

2 Q: What is the difference between a "counter flow" and a "cross flow" cooling tower?

   A: The cross flow or counter flow designation characterizes the orientation of the airflow within the heat-transer medium (fill) in the tower with respect to the direction of water flow. In counter flow towers air travels vertically upwards through the fill and makes intimate contact with water droplets falling down through the fill. Hence the air and water travel in opposite directions.
        In cross flow cooling tower, the air passes through the fill medium in a horizontal direction, thus crossing the downward water flow.
        At same situation, counter flow tower are inherently more efficient than cross flow tower.


3 Q: How do you get repair parts and how long does it take?
   
   A: We have workshop and backup store supplying all parts. 90% of spare parts can be distributed to any plae on the world within one week.


4 Q: What if you don't have the professional engineers to install or maintain the tower?

5 Q: How can I choose a suitable cooling tower?

   A: If you are available to provide the following information, we can help you to choose the suitable cooling tower.

Application Which industry or system using for? For example, HAVC system, casting cooling system
Water flow capacity How many tons of water treatment per hour?
Inlet water temp. Tempreture of hot water to be cooled
Outlet water temp. Tempreture of cooled water, usually it would be at least 3-4 ºC higher than the bulb tempreture.
Wet bulb temp. Highest wet bulb temp. of the location/area or city to install the tower is essential to know to evaluate the size of towers.
Power supply The standard is 380V/3 phases and we have stock. But for customization, the delivery time would be longer.
