Open Cooling towers use evaporation cooling to cool condenser water from a chiller. 

Open Cooling Towers are used in many commercial and industrial applications to cool condenser water from a chiller where the chiller provides cold water for a chilled water system.  The chiller, using the process of refrigeration, absorbs heat from the chilled water side of the loop and transfers the heat to the condenser water. Then it is delivered to the cooling tower to remove the heat from the condenser water. 

Our Open Cooling Towers have been widely used in many different industries for different projects, such as HVAC Cooling, Chiller Cooling, Ore Smelting System, Metallurgical Furnaces Cooling and so on.Because its advantages in below:

* Highly corrosion resistant and exceptional rust resistant solid structure of with Mg-Al-Zn coating which originally imported from Nippon Steel.

* Thermoformed film fill is suspended from the upper cooling tower structure by heavy HDG steel support members providing clearance between fill and sloping self-cleaning collection basin floor for easy basin cleaning. And louvers integral with the fill keep the following water within the confines of the fill to limit drift rate to 0.005%.

* Fans are propeller-type, which include aluminum alloy blades attached to galvanized hubs with galvanized U-bolts. Blades could be individually adjustable.
